Cityscape Global, world’s biggest real estate event is looking to host 400+ global exhibitors, 150 hours of expert-led sessions, and top global investors Cityscape Global, the world’s largest real estate event, is set to launch in Riyadh today, marking a significant evolution in its offerings with a dedicated focus on business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Running until November 14 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, the event has expanded with two new halls, adding up to a sprawling 45,000 square meters and attracting over 400 exhibitors, according to event organizer Tahaluf.
Supported by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH) in collaboration with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and Saudi Vision 2030’s Housing Programmed, Cityscape Global 2024 edition aims to redefine real estate and construction networking through enhanced B2B interactions. This year’s theme, “The Future of Living,” aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals, expanding Cityscape’s reach across sectors that include Stadiums & Mega Events, Sustainable Smart Cities, Hotel Development, and Next-Generation Construction Technologies.
The event’s expanded B2B focus seeks to attract a global audience of developers, institutional investors, and government officials, with the aim of increasing engagement and investment in Saudi Arabia’s flourishing real estate sector. Global is set to drive international developers to establish a robust presence in Saudi Arabia and attract institutional investors, with an expected fund value of $1.5 trillion.”
Saudi Arabia’s ambitious real estate landscape is poised to benefit from a record-breaking number of exhibitors and participants, including renowned institutional investors such as BlackRock, Brookfield, Apollo Global Management, and BNP Paribas. These investors will explore partnerships to support the
kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives, which include adding a 1.2 billion square meter built-up area by the end of the decade.
This year’s Cityscape Global also focuses on Saudi Arabia’s high-profile giga-projects that are reshaping the country’s real estate market. Projects like NEOM, New Murabba, Misk City, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), and ROSHN’s MARAFY are designed to transform urban living standards in line with Vision 2030.
MARAFY, a canal-based development in Jeddah, aims to elevate the city’s status among the world’s top 100 most livable cities by introducing interconnected neighborhood’s with unique waterfront infrastructure.
