During the period from 20 October to 24 October, 2024, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice reported a significant volume of real estate transactions, with total sales contracts amounting to QR 352,913,497.

within this total the value of sales contracts specifically for residential units reached QR 37,963,261, indicating strong demand within the residential sector.

The weekly bulletin provided by the Department highlights a diverse range of properties traded during this period, including vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, commercial residential buildings, and individual residential units.
This variety underscores the breadth of interest across different types of real estate.

Sales activity was concentrated in key municipalities such as Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Slal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, and Al Shamal.

Additionally, specific areas of high interest included Pearl Island, Lusail, Rawdat Egdaim, Umm Al Amad, and Al Dafna.
